Women’s football still doesn't get the recognition it deserves. But there are glimpses of what the future holds for the sport. Like Barcelona legend Alexia ‘La Reina’ (the Queen) Putellas being awarded the Ballon d’Or in 2021 after captaining her local team to multiple trophies.
